This article provides information about the Casting calls for “Habit Forming Musical” Nunsense.
Open auditions are scheduled to be held on November 7, 8 and 9 at 6:30 PM at Barnstable for Nunsense at Barnstable Comedy Club, 3171 Main Street. Which is in the form of a musical comedy with a book, music and lyrics by Dan Goggin.
The show’s director Ann M. Ring and music director Lisa Zink Taylor want to cast a cast of 5 women aged 25 to 55.
Perusal scripts are currently available in the Sturgis and Hyannis Public libraries. The performance date is set for the first 3 weekends in January 2023.

The actors will be asked to sing a musical theatre song 32 times/one minute, Preferably in the style of the show or a Nunsense song selection. Please set the sheet music to the correct key for the accompanist provided. Readings from the script and some group movement songs would follow the auditions. Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes.
